Disputes must primarily be resolved by consensus after discussion with plus46's customer service.

If the dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with plus46's customer service, you as a customer can turn to ARN (General Complaints Board), which you can find more information about at www.arn.se. In the event of a dispute, plus46 follows a decision from ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.
Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and shall be decided in accordance with point 13.2 above or in the last instance by a general court.
