1. Right of withdrawal

When purchasing goods on the website, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying plus46 of this by sending an email to support within 14 days from when you or your representative received the ordered item (the cancellation period).

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of goods:
(a)
goods that have been manufactured according to your instructions or that have otherwise been given a clear personal touch.
(b)
goods with broken packaging that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons.

If the right of withdrawal does not apply to any of our goods, you will receive clear information about this in advance. If an item has been sealed, you must not break the seal if you want to be able to exercise your right of withdrawal. The right to regret therefore ends when you break the seal.

If you want to cancel the purchase, you must, before the cancellation period expires, send a clear message to plus46 (see contact details under "Contact us". You must enter your name, address and other relevant information, for example order number and name of the product in the message.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, you pay the return shipping and are responsible for the condition of the goods after you have received the goods and during the return shipping. The item must be returned within 14 days from the date the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal was given to plus46. The item must be sent well packaged, in good condition and in the original packaging. If the product is not returned in acceptable condition, plus46 has the right to deny the right of withdrawal for unsalable products. Returns must be made to plus46 according to the instructions that appear under our terms and conditions on the website.

Sometimes plus46 can offer free returns for certain goods. If free returns apply, it is clear from the product in question on the website.
1.7
When you cancel your purchase, plus46 pays back the amount you paid for the item. If the item is returned in an unacceptable condition - i.e. not in the same condition as when you received it, plus46 has the right to deny the right of cancellation of the item. The item is then sent back to you and you keep the item you paid for.

Plus46 pays the amount back as soon as possible if the return is approved, but no later than within 10 days from the date we received your return and sent you a return confirmation via email. The refund will be made to you via the payment option you chose when you purchased the item, provided there are no obstacles to such refund.
