Items in stock are normally delivered within 2-5 working days. Unless otherwise specifically agreed and if a delivery takes more than 30 days where the cause is not yours as the customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase.
If the package is to be redeemed, you as a customer must follow what is written on the notification. The package must be picked up in person with valid identification and tracking number. You can receive the notification via e-mail and SMS if you have submitted your mobile number. If you do not pick up your package and it is sent back to us, you can order the product again and pay the shipping fee again if the product is still in stock.
